GetGoodVybes®' founder, Deb Abraham Spalding, started her pursuit of natural healing many years ago but pressed her accelerator when a situation occurred in July 2022 that prompted a spell of PTSD. While attending chiropractic college in Georgia, her son utilized a technique over the phone to successfully clear her PTSD. Fascinated, Deb went on a search for a similar practice and found PSYCH-K® in August 2024. She attended the PSYCH-K® Beginner workshop in Sedona, Arizona (August 2024) with Adelajda Child, Advanced Facilitator training in Long Beach, California (November 2024) again with Adelajda, the Master Facilitator workshop in Milford, New Jersey (January 2025) with JoAnn Sweeney, and the Health and Wellbeing Facilitator workshop again in Long Beach, California (May 2025) with Duccio Locati.
Compared to all of the modalities she researched and tried, PSYCH-K® is the simplest to perform and produces the most positive and obvious results (in Deb's opinion). She describes PSYCH-K® as a divine practice similar to hypnotherapy but with much quicker results. You may be surprised to discover what you (subconsciously) believe. For example, one of Deb's first balances was forgiving her parents for leaving her (dying). This subconscious misalignment was creating PAIN (Pay Attention Inward NOW!) in her right leg. In addition to facilitating PSYCH-K®, she also uses (and sells) a brain training app called BrainTap®. During her Divine Vybe Sessions, Deb will share messages delivered by your divine connection via your subconscious and superconscious (kind of like receiving a reading from a psychic or medium but better because you are your own messenger). Please note, ALL of the services at GetGoodVybes® are positive and good in support of the client's strengthening of his or her own Divinity. Many surprises will be revealed for each person along this path, AND miracles just might become common. Surprise!
In preparation for launching GetGoodVybes, Deb became ordained in May 2025, and she took various other workshops to develop intuition and knowledge in self-improvement methods. In her previous professions, she was an aquatic coordinator in Walkersville, Maryland and Lake Ridge, Virginia; she was Recreation Superintendent for Frederick County, Maryland; and she owned E Plus Graphics & Promotions and The Catoctin Banner Newzine in Northern Frederick County, Maryland. Beyond aquatics, recreation, graphic design, and printing, Deb was awarded the Community Citizen Award by the Thurmont Grange in 2013, and she was named a Distinguished Graduate for Business at Catoctin High School in Thurmont, Maryland in 2017.
